Introduction to ISA - Ashford & District

The Criminal Records Bureau will cease to process CRB disclosures using the OLD style forms, after 20th July 2010. In light of this, Volunteering Ashford is holding an Introduction to ISA (Independent Safeguarding Authority) session, which will look at the Vetting & Barring Scheme as we know it so far, and will discuss the completion of the new forms. The session will look at the new form in detail and discuss the various pit falls that can often occur and delay a CRB application.

Organisations are encouraged to send at least one representative to the session, and additional ID Checkers wishing to attend may do so at a reduced rate.

The session planned for:

Thursday 22nd July, 9:30a.m (Coffee and reception, for prompt 10am start) to 12 noon

The sessions will take place at Berwick House, 8 Elwick Road, Ashford, TN23 1PF. To book your place, please contact Lindsey on 01233 665535 or email admin@volunteering-ashford.org
